Bath Arsenal Colts 5 - Avon Arsenal 4
The sides were very evenly matched resulting in an entertaining game. Avon were
on the scoreboard first with a nice goal from George who outpaced the
defenders. The Colts responded fairly quickly and then went on to take the
lead. Avon however fought back with three goals from Kaylum, one of which was
from a penalty which he took very maturely. Avon put a lot of pressure on the
Colts in the latter part of the game but unfortunately ran out of both time and
light before they could tie it up. Man of the match goes to Kaylum, not just
for his hat trick but for not giving up when we fell behind and for continuing
his efforts through to the end of the game.
