Avon Arsenal 2 - Bath Arsenal Colts 2
On yet another dry afternoon, the 'B' entertained Bath Arsenal Colts at Lansdown.
We got off to a great start and after 5 minutes we were 1:0 up after a well
worked passing move was finished off by Sam. The rest of the first half was
end-to-end stuff with chances falling to both sides. Zach was covering all
corners of the pitch and Guy and Matthew B were strong in defence. In the second
half Bath Colts came out all guns blazing and shocked us with two early goals.
We showed great character battled back hard. Finally we were rewarded for all
the hard work with a team goal involving Tom, James and Sam and finished off by
Zach in the final 10 seconds of the game. A wonderful game to watch!
